HOW WE WORK

Fast in. Fast wins.

Then we build.

You don't hire us and wait three months for a strategy deck. We get access, find what's actually broken, fix it, and start creating measurable movement in the first week. Then we keep building from there.

THE MODEL

We're not running you through a playbook. We're building yours.

Every engagement starts with your actual data, your actual campaigns, and your actual problems, not a template.

"Most agencies bill two weeks of manual diagnostics before anyone writes a single ad. We do the diagnostic fast, because AI is genuinely good at that part, and put the rest of the month into work that moves something. Same budget, different output."

Chris Breikss

Founder

One thing worth saying plainly: this is not a waterfall. Month 1 does not end when Month 2 begins. Some work starts in week one and runs the whole six months. Other work gets introduced when the data says it's time. We move whatever isn't blocked.

SPEED IS THE POINT

You should feel the difference in the first month, not the first quarter.

GETTING TO A PLAN

DAY 1

You give us access to the systems that matter, Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Tag Manager, your CRM. That's the whole ask to start.

DAYS 2-3

We connect your data and run the diagnostic. Broken tracking, wasted spend, campaigns that should have been turned off months ago. AI gets us through the data fast. The read comes from 26 years of doing this.

WEEK 1

We connect your data and run the diagnostic. Broken tracking, wasted spend, campaigns that should have been turned off months ago. AI gets us through the data fast. The read comes from 26 years of doing this.

GETTING TO LIVE

WEEKS 1-2

By the end of month one, campaigns are live, tracking is trustworthy, waste is gone, and you can see it happening rather than waiting to hear about it.

WHAT SIX MONTHS ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Every month has a job

At the start of each month, two questions get answered: what are we working on, and what will exist when it's done. You always know both.

MONTH 1

Get the machine moving.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

Tracking fixed, waste cut, campaigns launched or rebuilt, creative testing started, project infrastructure and reporting stood up. Your longer-term roadmap takes shape while this is happening, not before it.

WHAT YOU ARE SEEING

Campaigns live and spend moving toward what works, on numbers you can finally trust.

THE WIN

The bleeding stops in weeks, not quarters.

MONTH 2

Build the system.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

Your dashboard comes online, every source connected into one live view. The compounding layers start in earnest: AI visibility monitoring, technical and content architecture, retargeting, audience development. We also start collecting the assets we need from you, images, video, brand material, customer lists.

WHAT YOU ARE SEEING

Every channel in one place instead of five logins and a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds each month.

THE WIN

You stop asking what happened last month and start watching it happen.

MONTH 3

Expand what works.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

Now there's real data to decide from. We know what converts, what doesn't, and where the creative gaps are. Retargeting, video and carousel ads, consideration campaigns, content, conversion improvements, and AI visibility work start reinforcing each other rather than running separately.

WHAT YOU ARE SEEING

Your brand showing up everywhere at once, usually with video ads you never had before.

THE WIN

Marketing starts behaving like a system instead of a collection of campaigns.

MONTH 4

Compound the gains.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

New audiences, new channels, email reactivation, deeper AI visibility work, wider distribution. The decisions come from your data now, not from assumptions.

WHAT YOU ARE SEEING

Channels feeding each other, and a clear read on which ones deserve more.

THE WIN

We stop asking what to do and start asking what to do next.

MONTH 5

Automate and amplify.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

Publishing, distribution, reporting, audience management, monitoring, lead routing. This is also often where a real creative upgrade happens: if the ads running on existing assets have made it clear the library needs more, that's when a proper shoot gets scheduled.

WHAT YOU ARE SEEING

The same output with far less of anyone's time inside it.

THE WIN

The work that shouldn't need a human every time stops needing one.

MONTH 6

Turn six months of work into a growth system.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

Not a handoff because the work is finished. A checkpoint. What produced results, what didn't, where costs improved, which audiences converted, where AI visibility moved, what hasn't been tested yet. Then the next set of priorities.

WHAT YOU ARE SEEING

Six months of evidence in place of another generic plan.

THE WIN

You own the system, the accounts, the assets, and the roadmap that comes next.

NOT A WATERFALL

This is why we're different

Most of this runs at the same time, not one thing per month it was assigned to.

NOT A WATERFALL

Senior strategy. Real leverage. No layers.

Chris Breikss

Founder

Senior strategy. Real leverage. No layers.

Chris owns strategy. The client relationship and the read on your data sit with him, not with a layer in between.

AI-powered systems do the volume. Research, analysis, and production get accelerated so the month goes into work that moves something.

A project and execution team ships. Everyone works from the same data and the same priorities.

What you don't get is an account manager relaying messages between specialists you never speak to.

THE OUTCOME

Not more marketing.

A marketing system.

Tracking you can trust

A live dashboard showing every channel in one place

Content and authority work compounding

A prioritized list of what's worth doing next, based on evidence

Campaigns that have been tested rather than assumed

Creative built from your own assets

AI visibility being measured rather than guessed at

HOW WE THINK

Built for how growth actually works

01

Systems over campaigns.

Tracking fixed, waste cut, campaigns launched or rebuilt, creative testing started, project infrastructure and reporting stood up. Your longer-term roadmap takes shape while this is happening, not before it.

02

Pipeline as the north star.

Measured against whether it fills pipeline and moves deals faster.

03

Signals over assumptions.

Measurable signals, live, not reconstructed monthly.

04

Speed is the advantage.

Most agencies work on a monthly cadence. We work on a weekly one.

What people ask before starting

Can I come with a broader problem, not a specific service?
Come with the problem. Most clients do not arrive saying they need AI visibility or speed to lead. They arrive saying their marketing is not producing the results it should. We figure out what is actually going on, build a roadmap, and get to work. The service labels are how we describe what we do, not how clients have to think about it.
Do I need to be on a specific CMS?
No. We build AI Visibility Systems on WordPress, Shopify, and Wix. The technical implementation differs by platform but the strategy and deliverables are the same. WordPress is the strongest platform for AI visibility given the control it provides over schema, content architecture, and crawlability.
What do I need to get started?
Access to your CMS and Google Search Console. A brief on your business: who you serve, what problems you solve, how you are positioned. Any existing brand materials or content assets. For clients adding AI Lead Response, CRM access is also needed. Most clients are operational within one to two weeks of signing.
How much of my time does the engagement require?
Minimal after onboarding. The discovery and onboarding process takes 2 to 3 hours of your time. Monthly check-ins run 30 minutes. There is typically one review cycle for major content and one approval step for significant technical changes. Most clients spend less than 2 hours per month after month one.
When will I see results?
Technical improvements like schema and Bing verification can show measurable impact within 30 to 60 days as AI indexes re-crawl your site. The GBP location fix we made for one client recovered inbound calls within days. Full citation impact from content architecture and authority signals typically becomes measurable at months 3 to 4, which is why the month one baseline matters so much.
What happens after 6 months?
The AI Visibility Playbook delivered at month six gives you a documented set of ongoing priorities. Many clients continue with a maintenance retainer. Others manage the work in-house using the Playbook as a roadmap. Either path works. The foundation is yours, fully documented and transferable.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in contract. Cancel with 30 days notice. We structure engagements around six months because that is the realistic timeline to build a proper foundation, but we earn the relationship every month. Technology fees are billed as a separate line item from service fees.

NEXT STEP

What would you want fixed in the first thirty days?

Bring the problem, not a brief. Thirty minutes with your accounts open is usually enough to tell you where the first win is.

Marketing execution for forward-thinking marketers and business leaders. We build the system that does the work, then show it working on a live dashboard.
